Definitely not recommended if you\'re an international buyer intending to have the bike shipped over to you unless you have seriously deep pockets. For a start, the shop does not accept international credit cards. I paid via their credit card option and was informed by my bank that the transaction went through, but the shop later emailed me to say they\'d cancelled it and wanted me to make a bank transfer instead. That bank transfer incurred an additional cost of US$50 which I had to absorb. On the upside, the bicycle was shipped very quickly to Tenso forwarding service. But that was when the nightmare really began. The fully-assembled bike was too large to ship via EMS, which is Tenso\'s default courier. You\'d think the bike shop would at least warn you of this given that they are recommending Tenso\'s service. I was informed by Tenso that I had to ship via UPS, which ended up costing a whopping US$600, more than half the cost of the bicycle and US$400 more than was initially estimated. I contacted the shop and asked if they could dismantle the bicycle into smaller boxes for shipping. They told me their smallest box would still be too large. Worst, I\'d have to bear the cost of of shipping to them and back to Tenso again. Cost-wise, it just didn\'t make sense. What\'s infuriating is that Tenso is the company they recommended to have the bicycle shipped internationally. They should know that their package was oversized and would therefore cost a bomb to ship. None of this was communicated beforehand. Do not follow their \'estimated delivery fee charge\' table. It is grossly inaccurate. Buyer beware: SHOP AT YOUR OWN RISK. I love the bike but I\'ll never attempt to ship a bike from Japan ever again.
